Description
Pizza Base Beer Bread Mix, quickly & easily make your own tasty, all natural, garlic & Italian herbs beer bread pizza bases by just adding beer to the mix then add your own fresh toppings! Makes two large pizza bases. Dough can be left in the fridge for a few days or frozen if you don’t want to make two at once.
Pour kit into a bowl, add 1 tbls of olive oil & 300mls of beer and fold to a dough, divide dough in two. Roll out with a rolling pin to a pizza base shape, add toppings & bake!
Mix makes 2 pizzas, each the size of a baking tray. If you only want one pizza base then just freeze the other dough, keeps in freezer for 3 months.
(Why not try a light Italian Beer, but any beer will do!)
