This Gin & Tonic Lemon Drizzle loaf is utterly delicious!
Empty mix into a bowl. add grated zest of one lemon, butter & 2 eggs, add 25mls of gin & 25mls of tonic water, mix. pour mixture into a loaf tin and bake. Full instructions on the pack for making a quick & easy G & T lemon syrup to pour over the top.
50ml gin & 40mls of tonic is required to make this loaf & one lemon. Easy, quick & delicious.
